As an experienced Digital Platform Capability Director within the financial services industry I bring vast IT experience specializing in digital data, tracking capabilities, and profiling. Skilled in SaaS development, data driven decisioning BI/AI/ML, user consent management/ privacy feature development, and behavioral profiling.
On my personal time I am dedicated to completing my PhD and focused on sports fan engagement and sports innovation efforts/ technologies; developing insight platforms and applications to improve in-person fan experiences and sports organization feedback patterns/loops.
