Haidee Rodriguez is a proud Puerto Rican-American with over 10 years of experience in the start-up and tech space, creating processes to scale and leading technical architecture teams. Haidee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Legal Studies from Rider University. Determined, resourceful, and compassionate, Haidee knew that being a first-generation high school and college graduate meant that she had to navigate the world a little differently. As such, her mission in life is to inspire and foster career and personal growth for fellow Latinx professionals.
Haidee currently resides in the city of Philadelphia, taking pleasure in staying active, having special brunch dates with her toddler niece, and discovering hidden parts of the city.
