Personal Information:
My name is Rebeca Gaxiola and I was born in Xalapa, Veracruz Mexico. I have a BA in Intercultural Studies at California Baptist University in Riverside. Currently, I am a Recruitment Manager at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Recruiting working professionals in Los Angeles is an excellent outlet to make high-quality connections and create a community of individuals who are likeminded and pursuing excellence and growth in their careers.
In addition, I am also pursuing my MBA at Pepperdine and am a tutor and Graduate Assistant for Dr. Gertmenian who teaches Economics. I work closely with Pepperdine faculty to continue to discover new and innovative ways of bringing growth and transformation to those around me. I am keenly passionate about empowerment and building business leaders worldwide through the power of self-awareness and transformation. I am a Leadership Coach for Conscious Coach and Public Speaker, in hopes to share my journey and encourage new possibilities.
Outside of work and school, I am also a mommy to a two-year-old and am a Husky owner. My husband and I enjoy hiking, snorkeling, beach trips, and spending time with friends and family. I also volunteer at my local church and support my husband in his coaching techniques.
