I love helping people to find their purpose and meaningful careers and I am passionate about learning and gaining new skills in my professional journey. I am a Certified Human Resources Professional and have a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a proven track record of success in high-impact organizations. Using behavioral science to develop strong leaders, build cohesive teams and transform organizational cultures.
